Critical Soft Skills for Success (Virtual)


This is a four hour/two day virtual workshop.  The outcome will be to support the next generation of IT Leaders in developing outstanding leadership skills that will equip them to handle the complexity of leading teams in uncertainty and increasing complex business conditions.  Students will come away with useful tools so they can begin to use immediately to feel more confident, resilient, and prepared to lead.
